# Definitions HF human factors OF organisational factors HOF human and organisational factors Human factors = mainly things that influence only one person at a time, but may include interactions between two persons (cooperation, competition, cf. game theory) organisational factors = things that has to be taken into account when three or more persons come together We may extend these definitions to sociakl factors (SF), wheich then would include everything from groups, teams, organisations, institutions companies, countries, international organisations etc. One may try to quantify qualitative judgements (for example BARS, behaviourally ancored rating scales) typical scales (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio scales), nominal scales may be used as well as ordninal scales, buteven interval scales are mostly impossible
